Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of YourRouter, including API access, prepaid credits, billing, and acceptable use requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, generating API keys, or using YourRouter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of Service

YourRouter provides a digital software and API service that allows users to access supported AI model providers through a unified, OpenAI-compatible interface. The service may include API key management, model routing, usage logs, billing records, and prepaid credit management.

YourRouter does not sell physical goods. All purchases are for digital credits and software/API access.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or API keys have been compromised.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of YourRouter complies with applicable laws, provider policies, and these terms.

4. Prepaid Credits

YourRouter uses a prepaid credit system. Credits purchased on YourRouter are digital credits that may be used for API consumption through the platform.

Credits are consumed based on usage, selected model pricing, token usage, provider charges, platform fees, and any other applicable billing rules shown on the website or inside the product.

Credits have no cash value, are not a bank deposit, and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged outside the YourRouter platform unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

5. Pricing and Fees

Usage is billed based on posted model rates, token usage, and applicable platform or service fees. Credit purchases may include a service fee, which is displayed before payment.

Prices, supported models, providers, and fees may change over time. We aim to keep pricing transparent and updated on the pricing page or inside the product.

You are responsible for reviewing pricing before purchasing credits or making API requests.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. YourRouter does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other payment credentials on its servers.

By making a payment, you authorize Razorpay and applicable banks or payment networks to process the transaction. Payment availability, currency support, payment methods, settlement, and payment failures may depend on Razorpay, banks, card networks, and applicable regulations.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Used credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed credit delivery, or other verified billing issues.

For more details, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use YourRouter for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized activities. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse provider systems, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable AI provider policies.

You are responsible for the prompts, inputs, outputs, integrations, applications, and end-user activity associated with your account and API keys.

9. API Usage and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to supported models, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, provider failures, rate limits, network issues, or other events outside our control.

Model availability, routing behavior, pricing, speed, and output quality may vary depending on supported providers and their systems.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to YourRouter if we believe your account is being used in violation of these terms, applicable laws, security requirements, provider policies, or payment obligations.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain billing, transaction, and usage records may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

YourRouter, including its website, software, interface, branding, and platform features, is owned by or licensed to YourRouter. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service except as permitted by these terms or with our written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourRouter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of YourRouter after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
