Payment and Refund Support
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. YourRouter does not store card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other payment credentials on its servers.
If your payment succeeded but credits were not added, contact us with your account email and Razorpay payment details. We will verify the transaction and update your account or assist with the next steps.
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Used digital credits are generally non-refundable, but refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed credit delivery, or verified technical issues.
