When you use YourRouter, we may collect account information such as your email address, user identifier, authentication metadata, billing metadata, payment status, credit balance, transaction records, and service usage information.

We may also collect API usage logs including request timestamps, selected models, provider names, token usage, latency, cost, generated request identifiers, status codes, error messages, and API key metadata required to operate, debug, and secure the service.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. YourRouter does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other payment credentials on our servers.

Razorpay may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy and compliance requirements. We store only payment-related metadata needed for billing records, such as payment status, transaction amount, currency, Razorpay order ID, Razorpay payment ID, timestamps, and related account identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to authenticate users, process API requests, route requests to supported providers, calculate usage, maintain credit balances, process payments, prevent fraud, provide customer support, debug technical issues, improve service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate YourRouter. These may include authentication providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics or monitoring tools, and supported AI model providers. Examples include Clerk for authentication and Razorpay for payment processing.

When you send API requests through YourRouter, request data may be routed to selected third-party AI model providers as necessary to fulfill your request.

5. Cookies and Sessions

We may use cookies, local storage, and session technologies for authentication, account security, user preferences, and service functionality. Disabling these technologies may prevent some parts of the service from working correctly.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, transaction, and usage data for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements, and maintain operational security.

We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required for these purposes.
